Add 'allow bind_v2' to your /etc/openldap/slapd.conf file (or wherever it
is located).  I believe there's a way (don't recall how, check the lists)
to have DA bind with v3 so you won't have to allow the old binding (it
works for me, but I forgot how I did it...I think there's a patch floating
around).
