If nothing else, I can help with getting access to CVS and the web page, then
dish that out to those whom volunteer, and I have the time to apply/test
patches and create a tarball to put on the web, with an announcement.  ;) I
probably won't be able to work on new features nor work on new patches, unless
I'm also having that problem/need the feature at work.
