Yes, OL 2 is more stable than 2.1.  But don't say it out loud in front
of the OL guys: they might rip your fingernails off! ;-)

The difference between both is that OL 2 has less strict enforcement of
schemas, in that you might specify two classes that inherit from the
same parent (some kind of weird multi inheritance stuff).

At least for the old Samba schema, it works fine.  Universidad Santa
Maria campus Guayaquil is doing this (think it's samba 2.2
--with-ldapsam).
