Instructions for Installing Directory_Administrator

I need to know where to find step by step instructions on where (what
directory) and how to install Directory_Administrator.

For example should it be downloaded to the the /usr directory and
installed in a subdirectory there? Also I need to know what version to
install for an AMD Athlon processor 1.4 GHZ. For example, I want to
install the  directory_administrator-1.4-1.i386.rpm  package.
