There is an INSTALL document included with the source if you want to install
that way (source is always the best ;)), however, if you want to use an RPM
package you need to use the instructions for your distro for installing that.
Usually `rpm -ivh <package>` will work when you are root. I also recommend that
you use v1.5.1, if possible. Download the file into your home directory, the
RPM will put it in the proper place after installation, as will the source
(though with the source you can specify where to put it).
