LDAP Question

Hi,

I have setup LDAP server and connected to it fine, I also can connect to
the server with diradmin fine. But when I click New user then I get a
message saying:

"Your directory appears to be empty, or it does not have orginazational units
please initialize your directory with migration tools"

Can any body help?

P.S

I am new to LDAP
