Hi,
  Robert Mortimer is in the process of redesigning the website, using 
mambo. It was delayed as the server was down for several weeks and the 
admins could not be contacted. Robert will finish the site as soon as he 
has time now. I have not been in contact with him yet to let him know 
that the site is back up (maybe he will just notice it), since I am on 
summer holiday and out of towm.

  We don't use IRC, because there isn't enough traffic. Even the mailing 
lists are low traffic. Which type of problem did you have subbing to the 
mailing list (I'm assuming you mean the -dev list)? You seem to have 
gotten on this one just fine.
