I thinks I done a bad job explaining myself.

ns[12].totallogic.com (Bind) believe they are authoritative for
totallogic.com.

ns[123].tls.net (djbdns) also believe they are authoritative for
totallogic.com.

I have a very few domains left that have ns[12].totallogic.com as their
DNS servers with their chosen registrar.

My DNS reports the A records for ns[12].totallogic.com as 65.124.104.25
and 65.123.104.25.

I would change the A records for ns[12].totallogic.com to 65.124.104.30
and 65.123.104.30. This change would be on ALL my dns servers.

The registrar (Register.com) provides nowhere to enter, update, change
the IP address of the name servers you use, only the FQDN.

I do not see a place to change the IP address of ns[12].totallogic.com
*except* in my own authoritative name servers.

Paul J and John L have both stated I need to change the IP of
ns[12].totallogic.com in the .com servers. Other than allowing the
change in my own servers to propagate to the .com servers, I am at a
loss as how to do that.
