Mimicing BIND behavior is frequently a bad idea: First, BIND isn't
compliant with standards. Even Vixie recently _complained_ that BIND
shouldn't be considered (demanded to be) a reference platform for
standards compliance. Second, if BIND did what we wanted and expected,
we'd run BIND instead of DJBDNS.
