Brian Smith asks: Who is Dean Anderson?

I think this is Brian Smith <[email protected]> who just posted his
first message to the DJBDNS list on January 26 of this year.

Brian, nothing "wild" has been posted. Everything I have posted has been
backed up by government documents, court records, and email from the
principals.

The reason that Dan Bernstein, author of DJBDNS, doesn't participate in
the IETF is because he has also been censored and intimidated by the
IETF.

IRS Form 990 shows that Vixie gets most of his money from Rick Adams, of
UUnet and Worldcom fraud. The IETF was incorporated in 1992, by Vint
Cerf et al, to take over operation of the IETF from the government.  
While ISC pretends to be a 501C3 tax-exempt, non-profit, Vixie takes 1/8
of its income as his own: $252,000 out of about $2million.  $1.6million
was provided by Adams last year.  Such non-profits are not supposed to
inure benefits to their founders.  950 Charter Street (physical location
of ISC & (for-profit) Nomimum appears to be owned by Adams foundation,
and takes little or no rent, further benefiting ISC and Nominum.

Cerf, like Adams, was a beneficiary of the Worldcom fraud, which also
appears to have started about that time, ending in 2000 with the
collapse of Worldcom.  Bernie Ebbers (Worldcom CEO) is serving 25 years
in jail.

The IETF is funded largely by Steve Crocker, who is a childhood friend
of Cerf.  Another childhood friend of Cerf is Stephen Cohen. Cohen was
the infamous sex.com thief.  Vixie, Adams, Crocker, Cerf (and a number
of others) have used fraud to take control of NANOG (where spamking
Rodney Joffe funded meetings in the 1990s);  IETF Chair Russ Housley has
engaged in fraud to standardize a patented protocol.

The DNSEXT WG (namedroppers) is completely controlled by employees of
Steve Crocker. Andrew Sullivan, with no substantial technical
background, was hired as an "Internet Scientist" by Crocker, and
fullfills the role of a stooge, carrying out instructions that benefit
Crocker, Vixie et al.  Vixie controls the DNSOP Working Group though
employee Rob Austein.

Fraud was used to take control of ARIN, where Vixie and other directors
have no quorum in the elections. Some directors have resigned, others
have refused Certified mail informing them of their illegetimacy of
office);  ARIN CEO Ray Plzak assisted Cohen in moving number resources
to LACNIC to avoid court orders, spending ARIN funds to resist court
orders on the matter. Plzak was a coworker of Cerf, doing a favor for a
friend, but abusing his position in conflict of interest.  Plzak first
lied about me, and then resigned from ARIN.

There appears to be fraud in the operation of ICANN (where Vixie
business partners serve on the staff, and other collaborators in frauds
serve on the Board of Directors (eg. Harald Alvestrand).

Vixie, Joffe, and John Levine are owners of a Whitehat, Inc, a
commercial bulk email operation that performs list-washing. List-washing
is the removal of spam-trap addresses from mailing lists. MAPS employees
were caught doing this in 2003 for uber-spammer Scott Richter of
OptInRealBig.com (reported in the book "Spam Kings" by Brian
McWilliams). This was a betrayal of the anti-spam community.

But it was not without precedent. In 1997, mega-spammer Sanford
"spamford" Wallace proposed to offer spam and anti-spam services on
Nanog.  (see http://www.iadl.org/maps/maps-story.html)  Wallace also 
tried to use a botnet to send spam. Currently, Joffe and other blackhats 
are involved in "tracking" the conficker virus, which uses queries to 
root and TLD servers to seek out its control channel.  To control 
conficker, one just needs to be able to see queries going to root and 
TLD servers. Hmm.
