The form 990 is correct as far as I know. It is the official document in
any case.

The particular order of intervening acquisitions is irrelevant to either
the beginning or to the end result.  Adams is linked to Vixie by the
millions of dollars, and linked to Usenet personalities and to IETF
leadership as explained.  The money in the Adams Foundation originates
from the series over-valued purchases of corporations in which both
Adams and Cerf directly benefited; that money stems from fraudulent
transactions from which Vixie now benefits, but for which Bernie Ebbers
is now in jail.

My credibility is established by a long history of successfully finding
out the relevant facts necessary to resolve various controversies.  But
the facts speak entirely for themselves. You have no relevant facts to
offer which refute any facts I've cited.

I don't know whether to call your effort at misdirection a troll or not.  
But I am sure that your whining and misdirection won't succeed unless
its done without someone like me to refute your fallacies and smoke.
