I'd like to see them use djbdns instead of linux for this study

While this is more work in terms of coding, as a formed embedded systems guy I know why. Dollars to donuts Dan's code would look a little different from the example shown here, and it would be interesting I think to apply their method for graph generation to software project other than Linux.
