Noted. In the SPEC file, it appears to be included, and the source definitely includes it. When I build the RPM, it has the appropriate switches on configure and the right defines for CC, it just doesn't seem to work :=(
%{?!SDB: %define SDB 1}
%{?!LIBBIND: %define LIBBIND 1}
%{?!efence: %define efence 0}
%{?!test: %define test 0}
%{?!WITH_DBUS: %define WITH_DBUS 0} # + dynamic forwarder table management with D-BUS

%{?!bind_gid: %define bind_gid 25}
%{?!DLZ: %define DLZ 1}

%description sdb
BIND (Berkeley Internet Name Domain) is an implementation of the DNS
(Domain Name System) protocols. BIND includes a DNS server (named-sdb)
which has compiled-in SDB (Simplified Database Backend) which includes
support for using alternative Zone Databases stored in an LDAP server
(ldapdb), a postgreSQL database (pgsqldb), an sqlite database (sqlitedb),
or in the filesystem (dirdb), in addition to the standard in-memory RBT
(Red Black Tree) zone database. It also includes support for DLZ
(Dynamic Loadable Zones)

This did occur to me as well, so I put an error in it deliberately and running named-sdb -g definitely barfs with the config error. However, if I put an error in the DLZ definition, it doesn't.
Googling around would indicate that other people are in fact using this RPM with DLZ I just can't seem to work out how to turn it on.
