That's going to depend on the exact queries that bind generates against
mysql.  I am not authoritative, so my advice would be to turn on mysql
query logging and have it log to /var/lib/mysql/query.log or your
location of choice.  Then tail the query log and perform a few lookups
to see what kind of lookups bind-dlz is generating.  Report back here,
it would be nice to know.
