Can't get named_sdb to load postgres modules?

I've looked through the BIND DLZ web site for a simple walkthrough of
how to configure bind/DLZ in a post-Bind 9.4 world, and just can't find
it. I *KNOW* it's pretty simple because I've done it before, but can't
find my notes. :-(

I've deployed postgres on the VM that I'm trying to run named on (even
though it's going to be talking to a remote server) just in case it's
needed and then redeployed everything

  yum install libtool

  yum install postgresql-devel.x86_64

  rpm -ivh bind-9.5.1-2.P2.el5.pp.x86_64.rpm
bind-sdb-9.5.1-2.P2.el5.pp.x86_64.rpm
bind-libs-9.5.1-2.P2.el5.pp.x86_64.rpm
bind-utils-9.5.1-2.P2.el5.pp.x86_64.rpm

From another question I had answered on another list, it seems like the
startup logs below are missing the SDB lines. From looking at the logs,
it seems like those lines should show up PRIOR to even reading in my
named.conf file, so I have to assume that something else is missing.

System:

64 bit RHEL 5.3 VM

Startup logs on MY configuration:

[root@vm-nfs-01 ~]# named_sdb -d 10 -g -c /etc/named.conf

12-May-2009 17:02:22.162 starting BIND 9.5.1-P2 -d 10 -g -c
/etc/named.conf

12-May-2009 17:02:22.163 adjusted limit on open files from 1024 to
1048576

12-May-2009 17:02:22.163 found 1 CPU, using 1 worker thread

12-May-2009 17:02:22.164 using up to 4096 sockets

12-May-2009 17:02:22.173 loading configuration from '/etc/named.conf'

12-May-2009 17:02:22.175 set maximum stack size to -1: success

12-May-2009 17:02:22.175 set maximum data size to 20971520: success

12-May-2009 17:02:22.175 set maximum core size to -1: success

. . .

Should look something like these logs from another e-mail. (Notice the
SDB lines, which I don't have):

May 9 02:18:07 host named-sdb[29533]: adjusted limit on open files from
1024 to 1048576
