This should be fine, no one really needs to hobble mysql down unless
they are dedicating mysql to DLZ. I was able to get it to work with
just the flags.

Even with -n 1 you still get cores? I seem to recall I had to do a
little massaging with the port installers to get them to behave. I
will see what I can do to get ssh back to the machine I installed it
on, as that is where my notes are.
I can tell you, I had core dumps all the time, and was able to resolve
it, this machine being up for almost 5 months non stop now. I believe
we can solve this, let me see what I can dig up, as I just do not
remember off the top of my head.
