Posadis-0.60.1-4 fixes mingwm10.dll problems

Hello,

In what should be one of the fastest release cycles ever, I am proud and
honoured to release Posadis-0.60.1-4 for Windows, the latest release of Posadis
in the 0.60.x series!

I was forced to do this release because, as Jon Irons kindly pointed out on the
forum, I forgot to put the mingwm10.dll file into 0.60.1-3. If you already run
0.60.1-3, you can just get the DLL at:

  http://www.posadis.org/files/mingwm10.dll

New, fixed, Posadis installers are available on the Posadis download page:
