Initial cache file support

Hello,

As "seen on the Forum"(TM) 
(http://www.posadis.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=40), today I released an 
update to Poslib, Posadis and the Master File Editor to add support for 
initial cache files. The update can be downloaded from the following 
location:

  http://www.posadis.org/files/updates/update-20040509/

Initial cache files come in handy for blocking access to certain domain 
names, or for spam blacklisting.
