MASTER vs SLAVE and mx lookups

When I dig @my-master-pdns for my MX records, it adds the A and AAAA records for those MXs. When I do the same query @my-axfr-secondaries it only adds the A records, not the AAAA of the MXs. All run debian's compile of pdns-server-3.1-4, although the secondaries run debian amd64 (sid and wheezy) whereas the primary still runs i386 sid. (I'm slowly moving towards pgsql replication instead of axfr, but axfr works well enough and the slaves also axfr some other zones -- which complicates the replication -- so I'm not rushing.) -JimC -- James Cloos <[email protected]> OpenPGP: 1024D/ED7DAEA6
