By assisting contribs.org.  Contribs.org has already added a 'Bugs' forum
for the community to report and confirm the existence of bugs.  Coming
shortly when the infrastructure is in place will be:

Mailing List:
 - [email protected]

E-mail to BugTracker:
 - [email protected]
 - [email protected]

Forum:
 - Known Bugs

Once the above is all in place, the process may look 'something' similar to
this:

[NON-SECURITY BUG]
Report suspected non security bug to the Bugs forum.
Community involvement confirms bugs existence.
Original author sends e-mail to [email protected] with link to forum post
Contribs.org volunteers confirm bugs existence and posts to moderated Known
Bugs forum
Contribs.org volunteers work to build/incorporate updated source package
into rpm for SME
Contribs.org volunteers release update

[SECURITY BUG]
Report suspected security bug to ONLY [email protected]
Contribs.org volunteers confirm bugs existence and posts back 'basic'
non-security risk information to moderated Known Bugs forum
Contribs.org volunteers work to build/incorporate updated source package
into rpm for SME
Contribs.org volunteers release update

Want to assist?  Become a contribs.org volunteer.

One possible aspect of volunteering may be to champion an individual SME
package.  In other words you may volunteer to 'watch' a defined package
source, say 'samba'.  Your volunteer efforts may include reporting known
bugs.  Your volunteer efforts may include becoming the SME samba 'guru'.
You may elect to build samba source into rpms for SME.  You would become a
very valuable volunteer indeed ;->
