Alright,  I have committed the changes and patches that seem ready  
for production release to 5.4 cvs, but have not yet tagged it as  
5.4.1.  I would appreciate any testing and last minute updates.

In the next day or so I will burn some ROMs, floppys, and ISOs with  
this release to test it.  I hope others will do the same.  Shortly  
thereafter I plan to release it.

Thanks very much to the many contributors for all your patches,  
corrections, and good wishes.  They are most appreciated.
