The 3c556 would have been the only one I would be concerned with.  I
looked at it some time ago and decided that the 3c595 and 3c90x needed
to be rewritten and merged.  I had started but my available time has
dwindled...  I forget why I decided not to merge it as it was...

They have been around for some time.  The 3c597 is difficult to find but
that doe not mean that it should not be merged.  I think Ken had some
concerns but I forget what they were.

Sorry for the delay on this, as you might guess, I am fairly busy lately
and I have not done much Etherboot work lately.  Hopefully as fall turns
to winter I will have more time.
