Just out of curiosity, is there any chance you could put a PCI card  
in the the machine, or is it a 1U box with no free slots or something?

The other curiosity I have is whether PXELINUX works with the built- 
in PXE stack on the card?

PXELINUX has its own TFTP implementation.

I don't remember the beginning of the thread, and these may be dumb  
questions, but I offer them as alternative ways to approach the problem.
