And please call the package 'Etherboot', to emphasis what we care about.
In other words: Drop the string 'discuss'

Having a "Etherboot-Announce" is good thing.


Another good thing is to have subscribers who _are_ interrested in the
matter.  So please, please, let people subscribe them_selfs_ to the new
mailinglist. Surely _no_ powerplay by a sysadmin putting the current
subscribers on the new mailingslist. Yes, that will drop the subscriber
count, but we are interested in the quality of Etherboot, not in amounts
of lurkers.


When and if the new lists are created, we have to decide what to do with
their precessors. I propose close them from posting and keep the
archive. So no rename hassle.
Neither an auto-forward from ether-{users,devel} to the new mailing list.
Make an auto-responser telling where the new MLs are,
or simply don't care about incoming messages on the old addresses.
We aim at people who are doing netboot, they can read documentation.
