Re: pxe boot doesnt move on to cdrom

Unfortunately, we've received multiple reports where exiting gPXE does
not fall through to the next BIOS boot device in the BIOS boot order.
It might be handy to have a record of the BIOS &/ system involved in
your scenario.

As a workaround, you could possibly install GRUB4DOS to the iSCSI SAN
target.  gPXE would actually boot it on the SAN, then you could use
GRUB4DOS' CD-booting capabilities to continue booting the installation
disc from your ODD (optical disc drive) media.  Fairly ugly, I know.

The GRUB4DOS commands would go something like:

cdrom --init
map --hook
root (cd0)
chainloader (cd0)
boot
