problem : i can not netboot by gpxe what i should?

i format floppy as fat32 an then create
 bin
 dirctory then past gpxe.dsk into bin
then i set boot of system boot from floppy but when i reboot
i see message near that " no media found insert media in ..."
problem : i cant netboot by gpxe what i should?
