Issues building Ethereal on cygwin

I built Ethereal version 0.99.0 from source code on cygwin. I can run
this Ethereal and can capture trace. But when I tried to open capture
options window, the Ethereal crashed. Does anyone know how to resolve
this issue?
 
I have another issue. I Copied all executable files and libraries from
building PC to another PC and tried to run Ethereal on the other PC, but
nothing displayed (even not a error message). I really need some help
about this.
