Query about jumbo frames

Hello, I am a new user of Ethereal. I am working on a project where we are using customized Ethernet packets which don't confirm to standard Ethernet protocol packet format. Here we are going to operate on a point to point basis. The Dest MAC | Source MAC | Control header has been changed to our requirements as per the project. The MAC engines at the receiving side are configured in Promiscuous mode, therefore MAC address have no meaning for our application. Out requirement is that the frames that we transfer over Customized Ethernet are about 9K Bytes long. Please suggest how we can capture frames of 9KB size in ethereal. Please reply soon.
