	Cleaned up MSN's "Exclude from Sign On All" behaviour
	Fixed MSN buddies showing as offline.
	Added local_account_login/out commands
	Fixed gui_comms security hole (broadcasts being sent to unauthed
	users) - reported by Stephen Stafford <[email protected]>
	Changed HTTP API to be proxyable (untested)
