Help needed

good afternoon everybody.

I read on the Everybuddy home page that the best way to get help is by simply 
emailing the mailing list. So, here's the email.

My problem is with installing Everybuddy, i'm kinda a newbie in linux so i 
just did whats on the website. "rpm -Uvh everybudy*.rpm"

i get the message "libstdc++.so.4 is needed for everybuddy"

What do i need to do??
