Well, it really should be on the website, but it isn't. I would suggest you grab it from the svn repository, but afaik that isn't accesible anonymously at the moment. So in the absence of anywhere else to get it, here's a copy of the current version from the repository: http://people.debian.org/~cmb/ebqt/GUI_SPEC.gz That document was what Meredydd gave me to write ebqt from, and was in theory updated whenever something was added or I spotted a mistake, so it ought to be complete.
