Lies, vicious lies! ;-)  Seriously, it should work. If the service says
it supports offline messaging, then when you click an offline account
when talking to a contact, you'll see it dimmed and "(Offline)", but the
send button will still be enabled. Also, accounts that support offline
messaging are preferred when all accounts are offline. At least, that's
the situation in the repository version.

So if it actually doesn't work, and the service definitely advertises
its support for it, then I want to know about it.
