Right now, you dont really need to configure the server, but it might well be
that you need to in the future, when it has more features. Maybe it just
would be a tool to easily make all the settings of your accounts, without
actually starting a GUI. (well, it would be a GUI, but not one to chat with,
but one for configuration only)

I use alpha-4. See the message in the core-output, but not in the gui
somehow.
