Hi,

That may build it, but the way I use alleviates the need to have cygwin
around to run the code. It makes life alot easier for when you
distribute a program and it is Native instead of dependent upon cygwin.

Almost got me fixes in place and will get Meredydd to merge them
sometime.

There will be a script named 'mingw' to execute to build in cygwin.
