And more on this front....

The 'CORE' has been almost complete ported to Win32 using MINGW.

Unfortunately for us the TrollTech QT 3 for Windows is NOT Free and
all I have is the free 2.3 version. :( So a UI for it will be quite
a bit away. That is unless someone has a GTK client hanging around
somewhere.
