IRC

Hey all,
	Sorry to be such a bore, but could I please ask that we not use a 
certain IRC channel (sorry, don't like mentioning its on 
publically-archived lists, as you can probably imagine such mentions 
tend to cause influxes of losers) as an unofficial EB project channel? 

Instead, how about setting up an official project channel, somewhere 
else, where we don't end up talking over a different community's social 
space? Suggestions? I'd prefer not to use freenode, but I'm willing to 
if people here would prefer it.

PS: If you hadn't a clue what I was talking about in the first 
paragraph, don't worry, it wasn't aimed at you. You *are*, however, all 
warmly invited to the official channel, once we set it up :^)
