I can't delete those mails manually by press the Delete key

Hello, All!

I have been using Fidolook for several years. Everything is ok until 
yestoday.

Suddenly I noticed that I can't delete those mails manually by press the 
Delete key. But I can do it before.

I tried b94, b95 and even the b96 version of Fidolook, but it still can't 
let me delete those mails.

When I try to click the Delete button on the toolbar of OE, there is nothing 
happened.

What is wrong?

How to fix this?  Please help me. Thanks.
