I can't delete those mails manually by press the Delete key

Have you recently reinstalled Fidolook (Windows)?
It seems you just lost some Fidolook settings.

Plain OE can't delete messages in newsgroups (may be assuming that it stored on server).

Just check NewsSaver Settings:
Ctrl+= -> Advanced
- Enable manual removal of messages 
and 
- Enable removal of news messages by (VK_Delete) checkboxes).
