CVS build: can't create new WebStyles

I'm using Fire from CVS and I really like the new Styles and the drawer 
for a Style's settings in Preferences.

I've noticed that I can't create new Styles in Preferences. The 
Customize Style button opens the settings drawer, and then I have to 
try to change one of the settings for a sheet with a warning to appear 
asking if I want to edit a copy of the selected Style. I make sure 
there's a name and select the Create button, but a new Style doesn't 
appear. I tried the Rescan Styles button to no avail.

I probably wouldn't have mentioned this at all since it is only a CVS 
build. However, I noticed buried in an earlier email thread about the 
Style prefs not loading that someone had to manually create a directory 
for saving the custom Styles. Nobody said anything about doing a fix 
later to automatically create the directory, and creating copies of 
Styles still isn't working, so I thought I'd mention it again.
