Re: CVS build: can't create new WebStyles

General notes for EVERYONE reporting an issue with CVS.
Specify the date of your last update, PEROID!  CVS has been changing 
rather quickly recently, and this helps to tell us what is going on.

I have checked in a fix for this (5pm EST, 6/23), wait for it to hit 
anonymous.

What do you mean by creating copies of styles?  Do you mean a 
completely different style, or a variant of an existing style?  These 
are two completely different things.
