That is a warning, not an error. What version of the source are you building, 0.32.g or the TOT/daily tarball? I would suggest doing a Clean All and building from scratch if you had previously built Fire before the upgrade. Note that there are some known minor issues in the project setup in the 0.32.x code which are not present in the TOT/daily tarball code.
