I'm using drawer at home, and sidebar at work, and I'm pretty sure the behavior is the same. It definitely seems to be an issue when I have multiple chats active in my tabbed session, and I click one of the icons on the side to switch buddies. That's a reliable way of reproducing the problem. It's as though Fire thinks since I've clicked over in that other area, I must want to type over there now. Not sure if there are other circumstances that bring this about, but I'll keep an eye out. ========================================================================== Mark H.
