Allume contacted us in December about this and we gave the go ahead. Of 
course, given that Fire is GPL as long as they prominently display the 
license so their customers know it is open source they don't really 
need explict permission.

As to the icon, I believe that is how the tiff of it shows up when you 
don't hide the transparent parts.
