Re: Blocking sockets in file transfers

Many of the changes to make connections non-blocking are in the TOT 
code, and will be released as part of our next Major release of Fire 
(probably to be called 1.0)

The changes to prevent multiple identical dialog box messages will also 
be included in that release.

We are working on getting that ready for release as soon as possible, 
however there are still some significant items to be completed before 
it is ready for release.
