File transfer issues

A small issue that's been persistent for a while with file transfers is the following: If I accept a file from a user (any protocol), download it and then try to delete it from my computer with fire still running, I can't because the file is considered in use. Fire simply isn't releasing the file once it has finished being downloaded. I would think this would be an easy fix, add some code to release the file to the system.
