v0.99.1b Doesn't Connect to AIM Under Certain Networks

I had this same problem with the last final release of Fire as well, but I was hoping 99.1b might clear it up. Still there. I have three accounts (ICQ, Yahoo, AIM) all setup to go over port 80. On certain networks, the AIM account fails to work (ICQ and Yahoo still work). I get no information in Fire's console. Using the "official" AIM client over port 80 works fine on these networks.
