Here is an update on the Yahoo fix. Sorry it has been 7 days. My goal
has been to get a solution to this problem which doesn't result in a
loss of functionality.

Gaim has switched over to use the webmessenger protocol, which doesn't
have all of the features of the standard protocol Fire has been using.
Trillian users were initially encouraged to switch to an old yahoo
server which wouldn't connect them with users of the standard client.
I didn't feel that either of these reduced functionality solutions was
acceptable for the Fire community, so have been working with some
others at creating a full solution to the problem. Such a solution has
been developed, and I am currently testing it, and working on getting
it incorporated into fire.

We will be releasing a 0.32.i version addressing the yahoo login
problem.

Additionally, we will release an alpha refresh for those of you who are
testing that in preparation for our 1.0 release.

Through all of this, please realize that we do this as volunteers, out
of the goodness of our hearts. Criticism and complaining on the
mailing lists is quite a slap in the face. After all, your praise is
the only payment we receive.
