Well, this is "Instant Messaging" we're dealing with. There's various 
excellent systems for less instantaneous messaging, the most common of 
which is e-mail. :)

Sarcasm aside, I think it would wholly depend on whether ICQ sends an 
actual date along with the message. I'm not sure that it does.
