Re: Fire 1.0 crash on cloned system

It could be that the icon file can't be opened for some reason.  I just  
looked and this can cause a crash in some circumstances.  I have fixed  
it in CVS.  In the mean time, go into Library/Application Support/Fire  
and check to make sure that all directories and their files are owned  
by you and are writable.  Also ensure that the "BuddyIcons" directory  
exists.  The permissions are best fixed by getting info on that  
directory, expanding "Ownership & Permissions", then "Details" and make  
sure the owner is you and you have Read & Write Access.  Click on  
"Apply to enclosing items...".
