Serious bug fixed, please update to latest build

We just fixed a serious bug in stable build 5023 that was causing nodes 
to flood other nodes in the network if they went down.  Those running 
build 5023 should upgrade immediately, either using the "Update 
Snapshot" option in the Freenet section of the Start menu (Windows) or 
using the update.sh script (on *nix).
